LIER 2009 - AUDI Special

For the occasion of the 7th international VW Classics Meeting, a section of the showground at the parking Gasthuisvest will be reserved for the "AUDI Special". This unique line-up is open for all Auto Unions, DKW's and Audis, built before 1984.

Use this form to register for the "AUDI Special" (*):

Instructions:
1) at the bottom of the form, fill in the data - use the "tab" key or mouse to skip from one field to another.
2) next, save the document on your PC: file > "save as" - filename: VWCM2009_Audi_your name.doc
3) send an e-mail with this WORD-file in attachment to: audi@proximus.be

(*) Only participants for the Audi Special can pre-subscribe, but all other classic VW's that do not meet the criteria are also welcome at the VW Classics Meeting at the same location.

Concours d'Elegance:owners of classic cars that meet the criteria as described above will be given a preferential treatment during the VW Classics Meeting. They can book their own personal parking place for the " Audi Special" in advance. Pre-registration is highly recommended. Entries for the Audi Special on the day of the event will only be accepted in case of cancellations of other participants. Pre-registration for the "Audi Special" is free of charge, but all participants will be asked to pay the entrance fee of 6 Euro/car (just like every other participant of the VW Classics Meeting). All those who registered in time will receive shortly before the event a letter with further instructions + a window sticker that gives access to the "Audi Special" on 30th of August 2009.

Practical info: eigenaars van wagens die voldoen aan de voorwaarden zoals hierboven vermeld krijgen tijdens de VW Classics Meeting een voorrangsbehandeling en kunnen vooraf hun plaats voor de Audi Special reserveren. Vooraf aanmelden voor de deelnemers aan de Audi Special is ten zeerste aangewezen. Inschrijvingen de dag zelf zullen enkel aanvaard worden wanneer er door annulatie van andere deelnemers plaatsen zouden vrijkomen. Een plaats reserveren voor de " Audi Special" is gratis, wel dient u (net zoals alle andere deelnemers aan de VW Classics Meeting) bij aankomst ter plaatse de inkomprijs van 6 Euro per wagen te betalen. Al wie tijdig ingeschreven is ontvangt voorafgaand aan het evenement per post een brief met verdere instructies + een voorruitsticker die op 30 augustus 2009 toegang geeft tot de Audi Special.
